1. TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHAT YOU DO.
I am heading Genora Infotech Pvt Ltd as a CEO and a major part of my role as a CEO is to move towards a vision statement and successfully articulate the vision to the entire team so we could all work together towards this goal.

2. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT RUNNING A SERVICE BASED BUSINESS?
In a service business, there is always an assured success if you can rise up the standards then any other organization. If you are best in business there is very little chance that you will fail, which may not be the case in a product business. Our aim to achieve excellence in the field of development, introducing new technology, scalability, and security for the products we develop for our customers. As and when I have seen us rising in the quality standards, challenges have drastically reduced over a period of 5 years.

3. THERE ARE A LOT OF MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT RUNNING A SERVICE BASED BUSINESS, LIKE LACK OF FREEDOM & THE ABILITY TO GROW YOUR INCOME. WHAT’S THE BIGGEST MYTH YOU’VE LEARNED TO BE UNTRUE?
More than the myths, the biggest truth of the time is that the service company hardly stand a chance to get funded. But look at it this way. Why do we need funding for a service company? People who do business on loans and someone else’s money are actually not doing justice. Be the best in service and your customers will take care of your financial needs.

4. CREATING A GREAT CLIENT EXPERIENCE IS THE PERFECT WAY TO KEEP CLIENTS COMING BACK. WHAT DO YOU DO TO ENSURE YOUR CLIENTS ARE REALLY GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR TIME TOGETHER?
Quality and timely delivery is the highest concern. Further to complete the experience certain processes are followed in our organization to ensure high productivity to our customers. We run the prototype model before we begin development. All the requirements are finalized and then we proceed towards the development. This reduces uncertainties to near zero and a good product delivered on time completes the cycle in our case.

5. WHAT TOOLS OR SYSTEMS ARE A MUST-HAVE TO HELP YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS SMOOTHLY?
Highly secured and interconnected network of computers, in-house servers, data backups tools, cloud-based live code repository, project management software’s, test case reporting tools, Stress testing platforms from a major requirement apart from the hardware requirement.

6. IN ORDER FOR A SERVICE BASED BUSINESS TO THRIVE, YOU HAVE TO HAVE NEW CLIENTS! WHAT MARKETING STRATEGIES HAVE HELPED YOU TO ATTRACT AND FIND NEW CLIENTS?
The world today is highly interconnected. We have purely focused on quality and that has always resulted in a business funnel full of leads through references across the globe. We started off with a few known customers and the references have only increased the business to 19 countries in 5 years.

7. WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE ANOTHER CREATIVE WANTING TO CREATE A SERVICE AROUND THEIR PURPOSE?
Make a passion test. Service business takes years to establish itself than a product business. If you are not passionate about it then you are going to give up. Make sure you love what you do.

8. LAST MESSAGE TO MY READERS AND YOUR FANS
Deliver more value for money to your customers. I come from middle-class family values wherein accepting money from someone is a big responsibility and the drive is to deliver quality and lots more to the customers. This has immensely helped us grow. Customers first and your personal interest at the last. That is a simple formula to succeed.
